Yes. If you bought a pack in the last 30 days, a bigger pack only costs the difference in price, and you get the difference in credits (bonus credits count too). Sign in and the upgrade price shows under each bigger pack. During a sale the difference is worked out against the sale price. Packs bought more than 30 days ago don't count.
